Service Overview

My today`s review will cover the peculiarities of another well-known essay writing service, EssayPro. You have probably seen many EssayPro reviews on the web: some of them are positive, while some state that the quality of work is quite poor.

I am going to check this one and other factors that make it great or awful service and provide my unbiased and honest conclusion. As I can judge from the first look at the website, it provides affordable papers of good quality, facilitating students` life.

The company has been on the market for ten years (on another page, it`s indicated 20 years) and has over 400 writers in the team. Well, let's check.

Quality of Services

Many EssayPro reviews I had read before I decided to check this service myself stated that the quality of papers is low. I placed an order for a simple essay on Literature with a free topic – nothing special, custom, or complicated.

I chose one of the offered writers (Dylan) and set a deadline of one week. Dylan asked me a few questions regarding the paper and then didn`t get in touch, so I assumed everything was good.

I received a paper on time, but Essay Pro reviews were right: poor quality, mistakes, typos, and the topic was rather of the level of high school than college. I was really disappointed.

Prices and Deadlines

The pricing policy of this service is really weird. On the home page, you see an online calculator with a pricing of $10,8 per page (high school level and two weeks of the deadline). If you scroll a bit down, you will see the following: «We offer the lowest prices in the industry, $7 on average».

Well, I can`t match both these statements. Besides, the price doesn`t change if you pick a deadline of two months (while the average price for this kind of work starts at $6 per page for two weeks of the deadline).

Benefits of using EssayPro

If you open the section About Us and scroll down, you can see them state that average prices in the industry are around $18 while they offer $11. I doubt this bold statement based on price tags of other essay writing services I have seen on the web.

Information about prices and discounts mentioned in many EssayPro reviews on Reddit is not gathered in one place: you need to look at different sections and scroll down a lot to see parts of it. Thus, I accidentally found the note that I can save 40% off the order if my paper is more than six pages long.

The company provides a traditional refund policy like 100% moneyback in case of sending money twice, in case the writer has not been assigned and if they failed to assign a writer.

You can also receive 70% if the writer has been assigned and in case he/she has already started working on your order.

Online Reputation

What I did like about this service is its online presence: there are many Essay Pro reviews on the web, including such services as TrustPilot, SiteJabber, and ResellerRatings.

General online rating is between 4.7 and 5.0, which is really good. On the website itself, you can also find reviews and not fake ones, but those customers left on above mentioned trustworthy resources.

Customer Support

I am not sure that I should call EssayPro scam, but their customer support is not the best. When you enter the website, you only have an option to leave a message in a live chat: no emails or numbers are indicated.

There is a section with contact information at the bottom of the website if you look properly. When I placed an order and received an opportunity to talk to customer support, I could hardly reach them. They are wrong, stating that service is available 24/7.

Summing up my review, I am really disappointed with this service. I would recommend these guys create a separate pricing section with average market costs, improve customer support, and work on the quality. For now, my EssayPro review is negative.

No, but customer support is really bad.

Yes, they met my deadline, but at the same time, the quality was bad.

Yes, the company is registered in Delaware, the US.

Not for me. Pricing is too high, and quality is too low.
