Searching for academic writing help, you can come across SuperbPaper that seems to be well-known among students. The company has a user-friendly website where clients can easily find necessary information, which makes a good first impression. Having scrolled the main page, I found statistics with quite high numbers and a footnote that attracted my attention.

Well, well, well, it's like the trick "British scientists claim." So I spent a huge amount of time looking for more details on this survey, but I didn't manage to do it. I decided to use the online chat and clarify the information with the support agent. However, I received the classic answer to my question, "we can write any type of a paper for you."

Perhaps, Jennifer misunderstood me, so I explained what I wanted to find out in detail, but I received another answer, "we do not consult," and she closed the online chat! SuperbPapers doesn't seem to care about customers by providing a 10-day period after the deadline for requesting a refund and free revisions. It's also impossible to get a free revision or money back if you have an unsolved dispute in your personal account. By the way, there is no refund for additional services!

Having googled "SuperbPaper reviews," I found a high rating and many positive comments on Trustpilot. I have no idea who left those feedback, but my experience is far from the ideal one described in the reviews. As for SiteJabber, the situation is quite bad because no one has left a single comment in the last three years.
