Service Overview

SuperiorPapers is another writing service that promises to save students from struggling with their assignments. Having looked through their website, which was rather old, I found information that sparked my interest. As it was claimed, the platform has been on the market since 1997! Can you imagine that? 

However, this bold statement sounds more like a lie. It's strange that a writing service with such a vast working experience has only 33 followers on a Facebook page created in 2019! I also googled the company's address and discovered that it was indicated on other platforms. 

Knowing these suspicious facts, should you put trust in this company? Keep reading this SuperiorPapers.com review to find out the truth about them. 

Quality of Services 

I think not every student is ready to pay about $150 for a simple 3-page essay; that's why I chose a standard quality level and omitted additional services such as "Proofread by editor" and "Fulfilled by top 10 writers". Did I get a well-written paper? Unfortunately, not. 

I had expected better results, but I got an essay with typos and mistakes almost in every paragraph and weak content. It seemed that the writer had just rewritten some articles on my topic and ignored the necessary essay structure. Is SuperiorPapers.com scam? No, but it's not worth your time and money. 

Prices and Deadlines

I don't understand why they call themselves an affordable service because their pricing policy is so high. You can easily calculate the paper cost on their "Prices" page, but be ready that the prices start from $20.99! 

You can also enjoy additional services, but first, you have to pay a high price for them. 

Guarantees

Is SuperiorPapers.com safe? They ensure that yes, but let's have a look at their Terms and Conditions to discover whether it is a true or another lie. They aren't generous and give only 3 days to request a free revision and 7 days for the large orders. The main condition is the same paper instructions, or the request will be rejected. 

However, I didn't like a 7.2 point about the declined free revision requests and their words "in cases such as, but not limited to" (check out the picture). So, does this mean there may be other reasons? But which ones? Why don't they list them? 

If you aren't satisfied with paper quality, you can request a refund within 72 hours after paper delivery. As for the canceled orders, there is no guarantee that you'll get money back. 

Online Reputation

I was interested in students' opinions on independent platforms, as I could read only positive feedback on the official website. First, I went to Trustpilot but was left with nothing. There were no comments!

Then I decided to visit SiteJabber, where I found only 57 SuperiorPapers reviews, but its online reputation was quite disappointing. The SuperiorPapers rating was 3.9 out of 5, and the latest reviews were left in 2019 and gave 1 star to this service. 

By the way, getting back to their statement about the year of company formation, the oldest SuperiorPapers review that I managed to find was dated 2017. 

Customer Support 

There are three options to get in touch with their support team via live chat, e-mail, and phone. I decided to try the first two options but did not receive any response from the support agents. It seemed there was no support team at all. 

Conclusion

I would like to wrap up my review with a simple conclusion: if you want to improve your grades or get professional academic help, find another writing service. Their pricing policy is high, but it's not a guarantee of good quality.
